Link Group International was founded in 1980 by Robert S. McDarren, former Vice-President Marketing of Louis Marx & Co. Prior to joining Marx Toys in the United States, Bob held marketing, sales and research/development positions at board-room level in England and Canada with Mattel and with England’s largest toy conglomerate at the time, Dunbee-Combex-Marx. Bob’s thirty plus years in all aspects of international sales, development and marketing of toys is one reason why many products which Link successfully places find a wider market around the world rather than distribution only in the United States

Lisa Bryce is the Vice President of Product Development and partner at Link Group. Lisa’s expertise is in marketing, product development, audio-visual production, and multi-media. Lisa is responsible for research and development, creative presentations, marketing materials and inventor relations. Lisa has developed award winning products in the toy and pet markets.
